Focus / Motivation / Fatigue Physician Coaching

Our Focus/Motivation/Fatigue program is a 3 month guide that introduces you to lifestyle changes, mindsets, and supplements you can use to help you overcome lethargy and lack of drive/motivation. In some cases, prescription medication may be used, but is not necessary. The program includes monthly in-person visits (3 total) and twice a week virtual meetings to guide you through this self-improvement process.
